Their factory and abettor in Raheen, Co Carlow is fully accredited with BRC global standard and continue meet the standard of one of the world leading certifications for food suppliers. At Ballon Meats all beef slaughtered in the plant are fully traceable back to the farm and are slaughtered in compliance with the EU Regulations.
